Human Research Protection (HRP) training is essential for investigators and research staff. HRP training describes how investigators, sponsors, and IRBs work together to protect the rights, safety, and well-being of subjects on clinical trials. 

HRP training aims to ensure that:

  • the rights, safety, and well-being of human subjects are protected
  • privacy and confidentiality of human subjects in research are maintained
