this is a waste of time. i will not remember any of this several weeks or months from now when I have to make a submission. Instead just make you UI intuitive so that little or no training is needed; and/or have embedded training/help features that help users figure out how to navigate the site while entering data in real time.
The practice simulations are very helpful.
